The Front of Gnome Dormitory.
The Second Level of Gnome Dormitory: Split into two wings, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge.
The First Level of Gnome Dormitory: A large kitchen with the highest quality of appliances, a large dining room, a spacious living and ping pong room, and a computer study lab, along with a restroom.
A very modern kitchen, with vending for Sims who don't feel like cooking.

Up close of a dorm bedroom, has plenty of space for two Sims to live in peace together.
